This Privacy Policy covers the worldwildgames.com website only. The mobile application Daily's World is covered by its own privacy policy, available at /dailysworld/privacy.
Pragma Infodev SAS respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data. This Policy explains, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation EU 2016/679, hereinafter the "GDPR") and the French Data Protection Act (loi Informatique et Libertés), what we collect on this website, why, and how you can control it.
Article 1: Scope
This Policy applies to any visit to the worldwildgames.com website, regardless of the device or browser used.
The website is a static showcase. It does not require creating an account, does not offer a contact form, and does not sell anything on its own: its only outbound action is to link to the App Store and Google Play pages of the Daily's World application.
Personal data is only processed on this site through the Meta Pixel, and only if you have expressly consented to it via the consent banner. Without consent, no personal data is collected, stored or transmitted.

Article 3: Data collected on the website
3.1 Without your consent
If you decline the consent banner, or before you make a choice, the site collects no personal data. No cookie, no tracking pixel, no third-party script is loaded. The site remains functional and displays identically.
3.2 With your consent (Meta Pixel)
If you accept the consent banner, the Meta Pixel is loaded and transmits the following data to Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd:
- your IP address;
- your user agent (browser, operating system);
- the URL of the page visited and the referring URL;
- a PageView event for each page loaded;
- a custom StoreClick event with a
platformparameter (iosorandroid) whenever you click a link toward the App Store or Google Play; - cookies set by Meta (see Article 6).
These events do not carry any additional information about you: no name, no email address, no account identifier, no purchase.
Article 4: Purposes
When enabled, the Meta Pixel is used solely for the following purposes:
- measure the performance of our advertising campaigns on Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram);
- build audiences for retargeting on those platforms;
- attribute App Store and Google Play clicks to the campaign that generated them.
Article 5: Legal basis
The processing of data via the Meta Pixel is based on your consent, collected via the banner displayed on your first visit, in accordance with Article 6.1.a of the GDPR and Article 82 of the French Data Protection Act.
Consent is freely given: declining is as simple as accepting, and refusing has no effect on your access to the site.

The wwg_consent_v1 entry is strictly necessary to remember your
preference and does not require consent, in accordance with the CNIL guidance
on consent-management interfaces.
Article 7: Recipients
When you consent to the Meta Pixel, the data listed in Article 3.2 is transmitted to:

Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd is the data controller for personal data processed for users located in the European Economic Area. Meta may transfer that data to Meta Platforms, Inc. (United States) under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and/or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
We do not sell your personal data and do not share it with third parties other than Meta for the purposes described in this Policy.
Article 8: Retention

_fbpand_fbcare retained for approximately 90 days, in accordance with Meta's retention policy; - data transmitted to Meta is retained by Meta in accordance with its own retention policy, accessible at facebook.com/privacy/policy.
We do not store any of this data on our own servers: the site is a static site without a database.
Article 9: Your rights
Under the GDPR, you have the following rights over your personal data:
- a right of access: to obtain confirmation that your data is being processed and to obtain a copy of it;
- a right to rectification: to correct inaccurate or incomplete data;
- a right to erasure: to request the deletion of your data;
- a right to portability: to receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format;
- a right to restriction of processing;
- a right to object to the processing of your data;
- a right to withdraw your consent at any time.
To withdraw your consent to the Meta Pixel, click the "Manage cookies" button in the footer of any page of this site. The banner will reappear so you can change your choice. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing carried out before that withdrawal.
For any other request, you can contact us at contact@pragma-infodev.com. We may ask you to prove your identity in order to guarantee the security of the request. We undertake to respond within the time limits provided for by the regulations, in principle within one month.
